Overview

LIVE>LONG>WELL has been created from our passion to allow people the ability to live long and healthy and high quality lives for as many years as is humanly possible.  It has been based on the designers years of exhaustive research into the health and longevity sciences as well as years of practical health, fitness and wellbeing experience.

The program is designed to be user friendly despite all of the intricate science involved. 

 

The four major components of the app are:

Paul has for many years been interested in the science behind longevity.  He has actively researched this field for nearly twenty years and has been able to develop a program based on the world's leading research and practices.

This knowledge has been used in structured practical training where Paul has led personal growth and fitness programs for thousands of Australian people.

His focus on people over the age of fifty has led to the development of the LIVE > LONG > WELL program designed to maximise the ability to live long, healthy and high quality lives.

Maggie has been working as a personal trainer for nearly ten years. 

She has been training with Paul to learn his techniques and sciences.
